I am a doctoral level psychologist with over twenty years of experience successfully helping adults, children, couples, and families regain stability and manage life's emotional challenges. Using an eclectic approach centered on a trusting therapeutic relationship, I work collaboratively with you to meet your goals and live a full life. As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I often include this technique when working with trauma and anxiety. There are other empirically validated techniques I use in our work together.

- Mood disturbances: Regaining control of your emotions. Learn techniques to regulate your mood and get better sleep.

- Child therapy: help with common concerns including childhood behavior problems, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, as well as adjustment to loss or divorce.
